Make playlist "New copy" foolproof: bump names until a unique one is
found. Also made the "New" button sensitive by default as the default
new name for the playlist will be legal.

crossfade views are only as long as the crossfades themselves, show verbose time cursor when copy-grabbing regions (instead of upon motion), translucent regions while dragging/trimming

use track colour to set comment button background rather than use active button state, mut and solo right-click action is now consistent with the rest of the ui, reorder sfdb dialog buttons

Merge gtk2 engine clearlooks 0.6.2 into ardour2, configure ardev and ardevst to use the local libclearlooks.so, and some color mods to UI. Need help from las/taybin to complete the scons implimentation
